A simple lemon drop recipe with a bit of cranberry raspberry juice takes this vodka cocktail to a new level.
Grab your shakers, folks. We deserve a drink.
This is my classic party trick. My "signature drink." The beverage I make to bribe people into being my friends. (Kidding...mostly). The one drink to rule them all, if you will.
It's my "woke up too early, got stuck behind a train that decided to STOP MOVING ALTOGETHER, it's a million degrees outside, spent three and a half hours in a meeting all afternoon and now all I want to do is NOTHING AT ALL until the END OF TIME" drink.
Oh, yeah. It's a big deal.
Now, I'm not a huge hard liquor fan (cooking and baking aside). I don't DISLIKE it, but I don't crave it.
Beer? Bring it on. Love it all. Wine? Totally. All day erryday. (Not REALLY, though, Dad).
I mean, sure, I dig a great margarita. And sure, I'll try anything once. But the sugary, schnapps-y, WAYYYY too fruity-ness that you find in a lot of drinks is a little much for me.
With plenty of tart citrus flavor and a little bit of juice, the Lemon Drop Jolly Pop is just sweet enough to be delicious and just tart enough to make the sweetness tolerable.
In short: I'm in love. And you should be, too.

Description
Easy lemon drop cocktails with cranberry raspberry juice for a fun twist.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. triple sec (I love Cointreau when I can find it on sale)
- 2 oz. vodka
- 4 oz. cranberry-raspberry juice
- 2 oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
Instructions
- Throw all the ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake well. Pour into a chilled glass with sugar on the rim. ENJOY.
Notes
How to put sugar on the rim of your martini glass: Take a slice of lemon or lime and run it around the top edge of your glass. Quickly dip the rim of the glass in sugar (pour some sugar on a plate or dip it directly into a large container of the stuff) and boom! Done. If you don’t have any citrus around, you can dip your finger in water and run it around the top of your glass. Water on a plate also works well – dip the top of the glass into the water, then into the sugar.
I get a TON of questions about these martini glasses! The glasses pictured are the verve glasses from Crate & Barrel. I also love these stemless glasses from Amazon.

Where do you find raspberry juice?
Jessie
You can find cranberry-raspberry juice in the juice section of the grocery store! Most major brands make this variety, but if you can't find it you can always use plain cranberry juice in its place. Hope that helps!

Can I make This in a dispenser “party size”

Is this a shot? Looks like it to me judging by the measurements...am making this tomorrow!!!
Sheri Posthuma
Hi! I plan on making this tomorrow but the hubs accidentally bought key limes. Think I can use them instead of Persian limes?!
Jessie
I think it would work fine - you may just need to add an extra splash of one of the other ingredients to balance out the flavor!
Sara
Love the glasses. Mind sharing where you got them?
Jessie
Thanks, Sara! I believe they're from Crate and Barrel.
